基于在任务发布时,我只知道贵方为美国的商标注册商,其他背景及相关资料均为未知数。因此在分析市场份额一项中,更多得详解偏向于中国纺织服装也的现状与出路。相信贵方在这份资料当中会很明确得看到贵方如在中国市场发展服装业所掺有得份额。
服装制造是我国的传统行业,长期以来,在保障人民服饰消费,增加出口创汇,积累建设资金,安排职工就业等方面发挥着重要的作用。

中国在加入WTO以后,服装制造业面临新的机遇和挑战,企业间的竞争已经由“大鱼吃小鱼”演变成为“快鱼吃慢鱼”,使其能应对频繁变化得市场作出迅速灵活得响应,进而促进服装生产自动化程度大大提高,形成大规模生产能力。同时,通过国内外市场得竞争,已经涌现出一些全国性的知名企业。
由于世界经济正从传统型向经济型的转变,个性经济的重要性超过了规模经济。消费者越来越不满足于批量生产的成衣。他们得购买意识受到品牌文化理念和国际流行趋势得影响,对服装的个性化要求越来越高,因此,服装市场“多品种、小批量、高质量、快节奏”得特点日益明显。
而如今服装业发展得现状也存有难成气候得现实原因。中国服装业有四大特征:规模大、产量大、水平低、结构差。水平低指的是我们得设计水平低,这也是我国服装业只能替别人加工高档名牌服装,自己的产品难以成名的原因。企业结构链停留在传统设计管理得模式,致使设计手多停留在落后阶段,设计周期长,成本高,新产品创新能力弱,开发周期长,就不容易发据适销对路的产品,在由于大规模得生产带来的供过于求的市场局面,进而造成库存积压,影响资金周转。

通过对第一项内容的分析,建议采用二、三种方法合并来实施。采用贵国的商标和设计,本身对于品牌来说就已经形成了一个良好的知名发展空间,采用外来的设计与本国设计相辅得方式和理念,也会增进消费者对品牌的兴趣。那相对来说市场效应就增加了很多得空间和份额。将生产与物料的资源重点放置在中国执行。。只要控制产量的多少,质量的高低、市场区域的准确投放就皆可。从而也达到了有效控制各项成本资源的目的。
